7. 订阅和支付
7.1 订阅类型:

- Turning off sync will not delete data already stored in iCloud

- Backup files are stored locally on your device, and you can manage them yourself
5. Account and Authentication
5.1 Optional Registration:
- Using this app does not require account registration
- You can use all features (including purchasing membership) without logging in
5.2 Sign in with Apple (Optional):
- If you choose to use Sign in with Apple:
- We receive an anonymous user identifier provided by Apple
- You can choose whether to share your email address and name
- We cannot see your real Apple ID
- Login is mainly used for:
- Syncing data across multiple devices (requires iCloud sync)
- Restoring purchased membership (through App Store restore)
- You can log out at any time, and logging out will not affect your purchased membership
5.3 Device Identifier:
- Non-logged-in users use device identifiers (identifierForVendor) to:
- Associate membership purchase records
- Restore membership status after reinstalling the app
- Device identifiers are not used for tracking or advertising purposes
6. Membership Features
6.1 Membership Types:
- Free version: Provides basic focus timer features
- Membership version (Litto Plus): Provides premium features, including:
- Unlimited focus records
- Advanced statistics
- Custom white noise
- App blocking features
- iCloud data sync
- Premium themes
- More tags and habits
6.2 Membership Data:
- Membership status is associated with your Apple ID or device identifier
- Membership information is stored locally and verified through the App Store
- We do not collect additional personal information for membership verification
7. Subscriptions and Payments
7.1 Subscription Types:
This app offers the following subscription options:
- Monthly membership (auto-renewable subscription)
- Annual membership (auto-renewable subscription)
- Lifetime membership (one-time purchase)
7.2 Payment Processing:
- All payments are processed through the Apple App Store
- We do not collect or store your payment information
- Payment information is securely processed by Apple
7.3 Auto-Renewal:
- Monthly/annual subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period
- To cancel: Settings > [Your Apple ID] > Subscriptions > Litto
- After cancellation, you can continue using membership features until the end of the current subscription period
7.4 Refund Policy:
- Refund requests must be processed through the Apple App Store
- According to Apple's refund policy, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase
8. Data Retention and Deletion
8.1 Data Retention:
- Your data will remain on your device until you actively delete it
- If iCloud sync is enabled, data will remain in your iCloud account
8.2 Data Deletion:
- You can delete individual records, plans, or tags within the app
- You can clear all local data through app settings
- Deleting iCloud data requires operation in iCloud settings
- Deleting your account will not automatically delete purchased membership (membership is managed by the App Store)
8.3 Account Deletion:
- If you use Sign in with Apple, you can log out at any time
- After logging out, local data will not be automatically deleted
- You need to manually clear app data
9. Children's Privacy
- This app is not directed to children under the age of 13
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
- If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to delete it
10. International Data Transfers
- Your data is primarily stored locally on your device
- If iCloud sync is used, data may be stored on iCloud servers in your region
- We do not transfer your data to other regions or countries
